Update on us 16:28

We just got back from grocery shopping. We had to make sure we have enough milk and such to last until Tuesday. Tomorrow the Tour de France comes through our village so what roads aren't closed will be choked with parked cars from spectators. Then Monday is Bastille Day and everything will be closed. I just made Mr. C a tomato sandwich for his tea. I'm having humus and bakery fresh bread.

I also harvested the tomatoes from my poor plant which succumbed to the heat. They're not worth eating as the skin is like leather, but I'll save the seeds to put in my raised garden bed. They were so hot from the sun that I think they're pre-cooked.

I didn't use the tomatoes from our garden for Mr. C's sandwich. 😂
