It was finally cool enough to wear my coat (poncho) of many colors today.

I crocheted one granny square a week for almost a year. Then, of course, there was the assembly. Thank The Maker I had the foresight to weave in the ends as I went! I used Hobbii Rainbow Cotton 8/8 yarn, a size H (5mm) hook, and 'The Ultimate Granny Square Sourcebook.'

I went to sleep last night thinking about this. The garlic confit I made yesterday is absolutely scrumptious on toast. 😋

I had a cooking day today which I haven't been able to do in some time. In addition to pork steaks with mushroom and onion gravy, roast potatoes and carrots, and sautéed mushrooms for dinner, I waa able to turn 3 heads of garlic into garlic confit. I got one jar of delicious spreadable garlic and another of garlic and rosemary infused olive oil. 😋 The rosemary came from my herb garden.
