It's a beautiful day today, the first we've had in quite a while and the only one likely this week. We went grocery shopping and then to the vet to get flea treatments for Moriarty and Watson. There were loads of daisies blooming.

We had a mix of sun and clouds today. It was a bit cool though. The clouds in this picture make it look like my camera was crooked but I assure you it was level.

I crocheted a large sunflower applique to put on a T-shirt I have with a stain on the front. Now I just have to decide how I want to attach it. Do I go through the torture of sewing it on or try iron-on adhesive tape...or even E-6000? 🤔

I learned 2 new #crochet patterns. The little Sleepy Owl bag showed me the rewards of perseverance. Parts of it were a real b**** but I'm pleased as punch with the results. The #amigurumi Horned Owl was much simpler.

Much cooler with rain early on so we spent a restful day watching The Voyage of Charles Darwin and listening to stories on YouTube.

Fair Damsel made huge pasties for dinner and I provided the chips + baked beans for me.
