OneWord - so little time [economy]

She used endearments with great economy. She rarely said those three little words no matter how often she thought of them. She preferred to let her eyes and touch do the talking for her. Little could he know that to her his very name had become the sweetest word of affection.

Thanks for playing, Drew! I'll post you a haiku as soon as I come up with one.

I had two ideas for this post. Here's the other one that occurred to me:

Trying to avoid breaking a sweat, I walked slowly using an economy of movement. I certainly didn't want to get mussed before I even met my date! Getting mussed during the date would be another matter. Lying on the grass watching fireworks is bound to take off a bit of polish and replace it with more natural accessories.

You made good use of 'economy'.

Thanks, Captain. I wasn't so economical with my OneWord posts, though.
