Medusa glares at
me because my heart is no
longer made of stone.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure…We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?… There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do…as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same." ~M.Williamson

That's one scary picture!
The really cool thing is that visitors can play with the controls for the fountain and change the spray patterns. This photo is with all the jets going at once.
I never thought your heart was made of stone.
That is great!
I always have felt Medusa is a personification of teenage girls who pick on other girls.
There must have been a movie with her characterized in it when I was a teen.
My wee little mind goes right back to the cheerleaders who poo poo'ed all the other girls at school!
I viewed them as evil meduzas
PW: It just felt that way.
Lynn: I know exactly the type of girls you mean.
