I have been charged with a sacred quest. The quest to find the ultimate cheese. I began with Processed American Cheezefood Product but it didn't have the depth I was seeking. I tried some feta, but it lacked definition. I got a little stuck up in the Brie 'til the Harvarti tempted me. The limburger just stunk!

I simply adore cheese! There is a powerful Italian mature cheese I love. English Farmhouse Cheddar is good as well. I love mature cheese.
