These violas grew quite by chance. They surprised me this spring by coming up in a pot that I grew a dwarf eggplant plant in last year. It lived on the deck until I harvested the eggplants. These are the offspring of violas and pansies that lived in pots on the railing above the eggplants. The hybrid seeds must have blown into this pot and these delightful little flowers are the result. I call them "The Voluntary Violas!"
