So pleasant to hear
you singing in the next room
while I'm baking bread.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure…We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?… There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do…as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same." ~M.Williamson

A most romantic haiku.
As Jay was singing love songs, it was a most romantic setting. The sweet smell of cinnamon in the Amish Friendship Bread didn't hurt either. Scents like that generate such warm and cozy thoughts!
i identify with domestic moments like this
nice one
(i wanted a bread/music pun but - aside from the band "bread" - my brain has not been awake long enough) :)
That bread looks terribly yummie!!!
Floots: I think the strains of "Baby I'm a Want You" might have wafted through the air with the cinnamon.
Bea: It's wonderful with cream cheese! No. Wait! I mean you'd hate it. No you wouldn't like it at all! [I don't think it can be made with Splenda :-( ]
