I slid the blade under the skin and began slicing it away. It fell in coarse folds on the table. I pressed further into the flesh and cut away a section of the tangelo. What is a tangelo? How can it be a cross between a tangerine and a grapefruit? Where does the "lo" part come from? Anyone?
