I don't have any blanket yarn, so I made a tiny version of the free Betsy the Cow pattern by @stitchin_belle (Instagram) using DK weight yarn and an F (3.75mm) hook. I couldn't resist giving her a wee tail.

We were enjoying a cup of tea in the bedroom when we heard an odd noise from downstairs. To conserve water we save bath water to flush the toilet. Fortunately there were only a few inches in the bath when Watson got into the bathroom and fell in. 🙀 She's almost dry now. #cats

Fair Damsel was up early to prepare the roast and I joined her to make breakfast.

Then we spent a relaxing day due to rain and watched Star Wars until it was time to prepare dinner.

Fair Damsel's Yorkshire pudding was absolutely Sunbeamadelicious.😋🌞

Mr. C had a busy morning dropping the camper off at the garage for inspection and biking home to make my breakfast. I heated up soup for lunch, then tackled this massive tin of Danish Spam from Le Noz. Some went in the fridge, some the freezer, and some became KFC fried Spam Fingers.

I have an odd habit. Whenever I find a crochet pattern I like with multiple colours, especially flowers, I feel compelled to make pairs of them with the colours in opposite order. Bizarre n'est-ce pas ?

It looked like a Cornish pasty with a magnificent crusty crimp but when I bit into it my taste buds were treated to beef & onion pie.
