Well, we harvested our potatoes. 🥔🥔🥔😂

Obviously, the extreme heat and drought, despite frequent watering by Mr. C whenever possible, did a number on the potatoes we planted in my raised garden bed. We were pleasantly surprised to find three decent and quite interesting potatoes when Mr. C dug through the soil this afternoon. We have a sprouting potato in the kitchen which I've cut in half to give both clumps of eyes a chance and we'll be chucking it in the planter in a couple of days once the cut sides dry. It should remain warm long enough for them to achieve something. If not, it costs us nothing to try.
