21:10 hrs.

Mr. C accompanied me to see my primary care doctor this afternoon. Dr. L'homme was marvelous. She listened to my concerns and helped me to plan the next steps in getting my healthcare in order. She is a little concerned about my iron being low. She gave me a prescription for a supplement and a referral to a gastro specialist so we can try to figure out why. My blood pressure is good.

I'm glad the visit turned out to be worth the 90 minutes we had to wait on plastic chairs staring at the mediocre and very random photo collage in the waiting room.
